Jeff Vockrodt joined James & Hoffman as an associate in March 2008. Before joining the firm, he engaged in legal, political and organizing work for labor unions representing construction, manufacturing, service, and professional workers. During law school, he also interned with the International Labor Organization’s Freedom of Association Branch. Immediately before joining the firm, he spent nearly a year working on then-Senator Barack Obama's campaign for the Democratic nomination for President.
Mr. Vockrodt earned a B.S.B. from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, a M.P.P. from the University’s Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs and a J.D. from the University’s Law School. He served as an Articles Editor on the Minnesota Law Review, and his work has appeared in the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia and New York Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
