Eric M. Essagof

Eric Essagof is a labor and employment lawyer advocating for the rights of workers and their unions.

Prior to joining James & Hoffman in 2026, Eric was a Law Fellow at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), where he provided advice and counsel to organizing campaigns in higher education and helped public sector workers respond to attacks on their rights at the state and federal level.

Eric received his law degree from American University Washington College of Law. Before law school, he was a policy advisor to progressive political campaigns. He earned his undergraduate degree from George Washington University.

Eric is barred in the District of Columbia.
