- An award of 18 months’ salary and full legal fees for unfair treatment in the selection process for a managerial vacancy, GS v. IBRD, WBAT Decision No. 679 [2022]
- An award of 18 months’ salary, assignment allowance pay, full legal fees, and an additional $20,000 for unfair treatment after management breached its promise to extend the staff member’s appointment, FP v. IFC, WBAT Decision No. 637 [2020]
